1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a return or refund if the product you purchased meets one of the following conditions:

  • You changed your mind within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Procedure

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive an email with return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged. Use the original packaging if possible.

  4. Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization email. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the product is defective or does not match the description.

3. Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products on special offer or discount.

  • Gift cards.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, follow the same procedure as returns. Specify in the return authorization email that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
